Days in Drumnaph

Hello Everybody!

I recently posted about how spring has finally arrived (you can see that post right >here<) but wouldn’t you know that the next morning I woke up to a layer of snow… that’s right, bloody snow. I love snow (I’m a December baby) so obviously it was lovely to see, just not in March when the daffodils are trying to bloom. My Short Break in Liverpool

Hello Everybody!

Last Thursday was my last day of school before mid-term break. Believe me, I’ve been waiting for this break since the Christmas holidays, so when I saw that we were getting a week off school, I jumped at the opportunity to treat myself to a 3 day trip to Liverpool. This post is going to be a lil’ run down of all the things I got up to while I was there, enjoy!

Adventure: Banagher Dam

Hello Everybody!

So one of my new years resolutions is to go on more adventures. This doesn’t necessarily mean that I have to jump on a plane and travel halfway across the world though, I can have adventures closer to home. Adventures don’t have to be big and extravagant, they can be simple and small (I would consider a late might trip to McDonald’s if I was with the right people). One place that is about a 20 minute drive from my house is Banagher Dam and today I decided to go on a lil’ adventure there with my brother, cousin and dog. One with Nature

Hello Everybody!

Isn’t it nice to get out and get some good ol’ fresh air into your lungs? With the weather being slightly colder than we’re used to, it’s tempting to sit indoors in front of a cosy fire, but Autumn/Winter is probably the best time of the year to go on lil’ nature walks. You can go with your family, friends, dog, cat, neighbour, or you can simply go alone and listen to the tranquil sound of the leaves rustling in the wind or the gentle flow of a river.
